Based on hotel availability, small meeting rooms can be booked for your meetings with clients.. These can be decorated and set up as per your requirements. This is an ideal, high profile and efficient set-up to conduct business and to network in private by using it as a focal point for meetings, closed door presentations and offering your hospitality to your clients and prospects.

• Assistance with Room Logistics (printing materials or roll-up banners if required)

The room can be set up according to your requirements – either as a boardroom, soft seated area or a combined set up. A flipchart will be provided. We will also assist you with hiring any equipment - screen, projector, plasma screen, laptop etc. if needed.

Advertising

There is an opportunity for advertising in the Conference Event Guide and Micro-site containing all presentations, which will be distributed to all delegates and will be available for sale after the event.

From the Micro-site the delegates download all presentations presented at the event. It allows high visibility.
