MasterClass CSU Manager Programme13 September 2026
Leading Systems Completion, Commissioning & Start-Up for Successful Project Delivery
Trainer - Alan Mills
I'm Interested in MasterClassCourse Overview
- This one-day Manager-level programme introduces the leadership, governance and decision-making principles required to deliver effective Systems Completion, Commissioning and Start-Up on complex, major capital projects.
- It is designed for managers and senior project personnel who need to understand how early decisions, systemization, progressive completion, interdisciplinary leadership, resource strategy and readiness management directly influence safety, operability, schedule and business performance.
- The content is based on the MasterClass CSU Manager course, normally delivered as a 3-day / 18-hour programme focused on leadership accountability rather than procedural execution.
Who Should Attend?
This programme is designed for and particularly relevant to managers and senior project personnel involved in the delivery, completion, handover and start-up of complex major capital projects.
The programme is expected to be especially relevant to Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, downstream and process industry projects, while the principles also apply to other safety-critical and process-intensive sectors, including Civil Nuclear, Renewables, Chemicals, industrial infrastructure and data centre developments.
In all of these sectors, the challenge is the same: to complete, hand over and start up complex assets safely, efficiently and with confidence that the facility is ready for operation.
